Cranberry Butter!

Cranberry is a classic staple in any Thanksgiving spread. It is the sweetness that balances out our carb-y, salt-loaded plates. I present to you a no-fuss, simple cranberry butter recipe perfect to smear on your bread or eat with your turkey! Enjoy!

 

You will need:

2 cups of fresh cranberries

1/2 cup apple cider (not sparkling)

1/4 cup of sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add cranberries, apple cider and sugar to a pan on a  medium flame.

When the berries start to burst add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla cook for 10 more minutes. Put in a blender, blend until smooth then serve!
