Roasted Pepper Pasta

ImageSome foods I could eat absolutely everyday. Such foods include tacos (lots and lots of tacos) and pasta (lots of different kinds of pasta). This pasta officially has made it onto the list of everyday kind of foods. I love the consistency of this pasta sauce so much. Everyone who eats it says it reminds them of an amazing bolognese. It is filled with glorious things like roasted peppers, half-and-half, white wine and a whopping 5 cloves of garlic. Have I won you over yet? I promise that your family, your friends, your neighbors, your Aunt Marge, and heck, even your taste buds will love you forever if you make them this sauce.Image
