San Francisco!

_

One of my dearest friends Rachel has lived in San Francisco for the past two and a half years. She is packing up and moving back to Santa Barbara, so Nathan and I decided to visit her for one last hurrah in the city, and help her pack up of course! I LOVE this place! The eclectic vibe has excited me these last few days in a way it never did during past visits. I am so enamored by the detailed architecture, heavenly food scene, and overall energy that lies in the city’s streets. Here are a few pictures I have taken thus far.

Laguna Beach, CA.

ImageI went to school in Irvine, CA, which is literally a few minutes away from paradise, Laguna Beach. Naturally, I spent the majority of my college years in Laguna, taking advantage of the beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, and cool beachy vibe! One of my favorite places I regularly visited was the Montage, a luxurious hotel located – seriously – right on top of some of the most beautiful beaches California has to offer! The Montage’s breathtaking views, pristine gardens, and public paths leading to amazing beaches made it the perfect escape during my time living in a dorm. I even had my graduation breakfast here! Located next to some top notch restaurants, visiting the Montage is a must do for those looking for a fun day trip especially for anyone needing some rejuvenation! Nathan and I were really missing our old college stomping grounds so we drove to Laguna for the day, visited our favorite beaches, indulged in some top notch mexican food, and soaked up the mesmerizing views! If you plan on visiting, here are some of my favorite restaurants in Laguna!

1. Nicks. Great ambiance and AMAZING food at a surprisingly good price! I recommend the asparagus fries, we get them every time!

2. The Rooftop has without a doubt the most breathtaking views! The Rooftop is great for appetizers, make sure you visit during sunset – the views are incredible!

3. La Sirena Grill. If you are looking for something cheap and fast, La Sirena is amazing! Located right near the beach, this place offers killer mexican food. I love their bean, rice and cheese burritos, SO GOOD.

4. The Orange Inn. This place is a super cute beach shack with the yummiest smoothies! Grab a smoothie, bagel or omelet and walk about a foot to an awesome view of the beach! Image[The water is even more clear and beautiful in real life!]ImageImageImageImageImageImage
