Garlic, White Wine, Cheesy Pull Apart Bread

ImageAfter making the no-knead bread rolls, I had massive amounts of dough left. I decided to do something more my speed….By my speed, I mean gross amounts of garlic, white wine, herbs and LOTS of parmesan cheese. By my speed, I mean a giant blob of soft heaven you will have to get a little dirty to eat. By my speed, I also mean even more bread. I honestly cannot waste my time or breath trying to convince you how good this is. It’s just good, I mean the pic says it all.Image

Thank goodness it is finally the season of big sweaters and dark colors, because this is about the most unhealthy thing you could possibly make. But, for your tastebuds, it is the best. These are  sort of like cinnamon rolls recipe, except these rolls are soaked in caramel and butter and sprinkled with cinnamon and apples – they’re caramel apple cinnamon rolls! This is perfect comfort food, a sweet treat to surprise a friend with, or just a way to make your family really, really happy. I promise, you will love these even if you are not a fan of caramel. Rainbow Toast

Image
Toast can be so much more than just bread and butter. Not only is this toast absolutely gorgeous, it is so uniquely delicious. I love bruschetta and this summer in Italy I was surprised to learn that the term is not confined to toast topped with chopped tomatoes, garlic and basil. I loved ordering bruschetta on my trip because often times, I would get a combination that I had never imagined. Still, I was never disappointed! One night, while eating dinner in Trastevere in Rome, I ordered bruschetta. I could not have been happier with what was delivered to the table when they set down a plate of toast with melted mozzarella and asparagus. Instantaneously, I absolutely fell in love and the inspiration for this recipe. This combination is fresh, easy and amazing. Buon appetito!
